Valentine cuties!

 

Hi there and Happy New Year!!

I haven't blogged in a while, but I have been busy crafting!!!

Made lots of goodies for Christmas and started Valentines about a week ago.

Just having a problem getting my photos to upload!

I was finally able to get this one to upload!  I have many more to share!!!

 

Ghirardelli chocolates fit perfectly into these little scallop envelopes.

The fancy favor box in the back will hold a cellophane bag filled with any treat you like!

Getting my craft on for Christmas!

 Hello There!  I sure hope you had a wonderful Thanksgiving!
 In addition to a wonderful Thanksgiving with family, I also had a week off with my husband.  We went to Monterey for a few days and then we did some Christmas shopping and this n that.  It was a wonderful week!  I am sad that I have to go back to work tomorrow! :(

In addition to our little getaway I have also been getting a start on my Christmas creations for giving!
I used the Stampin' Up fancy favor bigz die cut to start these little boxes off.   With some texture added to the card stock, punches, die cuts, and a couple of stamps I came up with these! 
They will be filled with Churro Chex Mix (a recipe I found on Pinterest). 
I want to fill a big basket with lots of goodies packed into my Stampin' Up creations to take to the party.

I love Christmas!  Keeping in mind the reason for the season, I also love all of the decorations and all the craftiness and baking and candy making I get to do!

Simple Thanksgiving Favors

 Hello there!  Happy Thanksgiving!  I don't know about you, but as I get older, each year seems to pass by faster.  It is downright scary how quickly time flies by!
I just can't believe that Thanksgiving is only a few days away!!!
Although I don't have Thanksgiving at my house, I have started a little tradition of making favors to put at every place setting.  This will be my 3rd year with this new tradition.
I made these very simple open top boxes for 12 people and will fill them with mints and candy.

To make these simple and cute little boxes I used the following Stampin' Up supplies:
Fancy Favor Bigz XL die cut
Labels Collection Framelits
Champagne Glimmer Paper
Early Espresso Card Stock
Linen Thread
Early Espresso Ink
(sorry the stamp is retired)
Crumb Cake Scalloped Tulle Ribbon
Dimensionals
(I also used a hot glue gun)
